Well, what about the team?

In this dynamic position, you will also play a key role in onboarding new business applications, supporting existing ones, and driving the adoption of enterprise tooling across a global business. Your efforts will focus on assisting end users in maximising the benefits of these products and enhancing their digital agility.

This role will be primarily focusing on the Atlassian suite, including JIRA, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence. In this role, you will oversee the technical aspects of the Atlassian estate and take on the responsibility of managing and supporting the broader application portfolio provided by Enterprise IT.

So, what will you be doing?

• Maintaining and updating Atlassian systems, including testing upgrades and executing project migrations
• Optimising system performance through regular clean-ups
• Providing routine support, creating and managing Jira workflows, project screens, schemes and fields
• Advising end-users on optimal Jira usage
• Leading on Atlassian projects, define best practices, and review plug-ins for enhanced functionality
• Creating and maintain technical documentation and user guides

And what are we looking for?

• Have expertise in configuring Jira projects for multi-discipline teams, including customising workflows, permissions, screens, and issue types
• Be proficient in Atlassian installations, upgrades, and migrations on on-prem instances
• Experience with Jira Service Management Administration and standard Jira plugins
• Be competent in PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and JQL
• Experience with EazyBI for JIRA, Rich Filters for JIRA, and ScriptRunner for JIRA
