The role:
We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a our new Director of Affiliates.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our casinos are listed at as many relevant affiliate partners as possible
- Fully spend assigned affiliate budget ($1m+/month) distributed on relevant casino partners in relevant markets
- Negotiate existing affiliate deals (& Keep partners happy)
- Analyze existing affiliate traffic and oversee PNL for affiliate marketing
- Travel to conferences, meet partners face to face and develop a network of affiliates around MBG
Skills:
- Experience with casino crypto and/or fiat affiliation, ideally 7-10 years of experience in acquisition marketing, preferably within the online casino.
- Proven track record of successfully driving profitable player acquisition in competitive markets.
- Experience from casino markets, especially a bonus if IT/FR/NL/UK/SE/DE & Asian market
- Familiar with especially affiliate casino SEO, other channels such as paid, apps newsletters, pops etc are optional
- Experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing teams focused on acquisition and growth.
