What the role entails
Some of the key responsibilities of our Account Manager will be:
- Experienced individual contributor that requires minimal supervision.
- Liaises between the company and the customers to build a strong bond with the Company and as a trademark.
- Provides Product Managers and Product Planners with customer feedback and request.
- Coordinate projects and activities within the company for customers.
- Works closely with the customers to set a roadmap that correlate with the company’s overall business and development plan.
- Educates and informs the customer of company products and systems including news and updates of the same.
- Oversees that product offer, contract; and business model is adjusted to provide the most profitable relationship.
- Introduces, educates; and manages integrations with new customers.
- Oversees marketing material and press releases about products and customers.
- Contributes as a key member of the management team; make valuable contributions to business discussions around the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
- Travels domestically and/or internationally for business as needed.
What we ask of you:

- Gaming experience in the Asia region is a must
- Korean language
