Well, what about the team?


The Player Conversion Specialist contributes to the optimisation of conversion metrics on all onsite and offsite journeys by taking ownership of assigned player conversion journeys. They also develop and distribute monthly reporting based on analytics and transactional data, generating key insights into customer behaviour, and building a set of recommendations for journey improvements, tests, and optimisation into a roadmap for action by various stakeholders.


So, what will you be doing?


Monitor the player journeys on a regular basis by logging onto our different sites and ensuring that all is working correctly for all tiers.

Document and raise any observed issues with relevant product teams for resolution as bugs or improvements. Follow-up resolution of observed issues.

Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to improve journey performance and increase conversion rates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization strategies, including marketing, product, UX/UI design, and development.

Create and maintain up-to-date map player journeys maps, conversion funnels and user flows.

Collaborate with the Head of Player Conversion to establish a framework of metrics for each of these journeys, funnels and flows, and measures to establish relevant benchmarks.

Communicate these metrics to the broader stakeholder audience evangelising as appropriate.

Monitor metrics for journeys, funnels, and flows to identify areas of concern and identify areas for improvements of conversion rates.

Provide related insights and recommendations based on data analysis and product knowledge to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates.

Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and opportunities for optimization.

Develop business cases to support recommendations with clear testable hypotheses, benchmarks, and projected value and present to stakeholders for sign off.

Ensure recommendations are actioned by the various product or commercial teams involved and keep track of agreed implementations by liaising with stakeholders.

Track performance of changes once deployed against estimates or targets and report regularly to stakeholders to ensure continual improvement or pivoting, as necessary.

Propose, design, and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize product elements, player journeys, user flows, and conversion funnels.


And what are we looking for?


Experience in either a Product or Marketing role within iGaming.

Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics with familiarity of Tableau or PowerBI.

Understanding of A/B testing with familiarity of A/B testing tools.

Data visualization skills and basic statistics.

Knowledge of gambling products and customer retention.

Knowledge of Marketing, UX or Business Analytics.
