Join our dynamic team at Rhino Entertainment, a rapidly growing leader in the thrilling world of online gaming! As the Director of Marketing Strategy and Partnerships you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives to new heights.


Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass traditional media buying, creative marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex international markets, optimizing our brand presence, and achieving ambitious growth targets.

What the role would involve:

  • Develop and implement overarching marketing strategies that integrate traditional media channels (TV, radio, sponsorships) with digital initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns, including dynamic & static visual media, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market dynamics.
  • Manage and optimize partnerships with external agencies and consultants for specialized projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making, particularly in regions where data availability is limited.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Commercial Director, Director of Gaming, and Director of Affiliates & Acquisition, to align marketing efforts with business goals and market-specific needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives against KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure Rhino Entertainment remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in strategic marketing roles, with expertise in traditional media buying and evaluation, creative marketing, and market research.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing external partnerships and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth in dynamic and competitive environments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry or with online casino platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be considered an asset
  • Willing to travel to meet with key media partners, agencies and attend (worldwide) events across the globe

Note: The selected person may either be office based in Malta (Hybrid) or Remote.
