Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive

This role will crucial in managing and expanding our social media presence across various platforms, with a significant focus on community engagement and brand promotion. The Social Media Executive will report directly to the Head of Social Media and Community and will play a key role in shaping our online voice and brand identity, particularly within the rapidly evolving crypto and gaming landscapes. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media channels, with a primary focus on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Discord and YouTube.
• Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience, emphasizing excitement, innovation, and community engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage content across all platforms, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and brand messaging.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
• Stay ahead of social media trends within the crypto and online gambling landscapes, providing actionable insights to keep our brand at the forefront of industry developments.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually compelling content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and discussions to foster a positive and active social media presence.
• Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify our brand message and grow our online presence.
• Utilize social media management tools to schedule, publish, and track the performance of posts.
• Continuously explore new platforms and opportunities to expand our social media reach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating content for social media channels.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for cryptocurrency or gaming.
• Experience with social media analytics tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
• Previous experience in a start-up environment is a big plus.
