As a Sportsbook Operations Executive, your primary mission is to assist in the efficient functioning of our sportsbook operations. Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, your key focus will be on site management and product improvements enhancing the players experiences.

So, what will you be doing?

Own the day-to-day management of the Sportsbook website, including uploading and scheduling of marketing banners and website menus.

Provide crucial local knowledge about local sport and news. Undertake and communicate back to the wider team regular competitor and industry research

Identify & price local events that will not be offered through the data feed.

Managing the full cycle of Special markets, from creation to settlement and analysis.

Working with analytics teams to investigate market trends to obtain insights on customers betting patterns and improve revenue

Assist in the relationship between Sportsbook team and CRM, Content, Brand and other teams.

Support and assist all operational teams with Sportsbook matters, including the Customer Support team in resolving customer queries.

Champion the Sportsbook product throughout the business

Assist in the training and onboarding of new starters/departments.

Contributing to product development and testing to improve customer experience.

And what are we looking for?

A deep knowledge and passion of sports is essential.

Excellent written and spoken English

Ability to collaborate and communicate confidently and build strong working relationships.

Proactive, flexible, enthusiastic, and organised, a confident communicator and presenter, capable of engaging audiences at all levels.

Previous experience in the sports betting industry and experience in working with CMS systems.

Proficient using Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Powerpoint & Excel).
