Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Manager. 

In this role, you will handle the operational aspects of our branding and marketing efforts. The Brand Manager’s focus will be not only on executing defined marketing strategies but also on contributing creative ideas and strategies that support the brand’s growth and differentiation in the iGaming sector. Responsibilities will extend to coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging, integrated campaigns and to leverage synergies across departments such as acquisition, affiliates, player experience & engagement, social, communities, product development, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, working closely with channel owners, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and uphold brand guidelines throughout all marketing and promotional materials to ensure brand messaging and identity consistency.
  • Work closely with different departments such as acquisition, affiliates, player experience & engagement, social, communities, product development and customer service.
  • Regularly analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Working with the Senior Brand Manager and other stakeholders, managing the delivery of all sponsorship rights in a variety of relationships, and optimizing for awareness growth for our brands.
  • Manage the budget for brand activations & sponsorships, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenses to stay within financial limits.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing services and materials.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in strategic initiatives and assist in guiding junior marketing staff.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Understanding brand elements, including voice, positioning, and customer profiling.
  • Knowledge of online gaming trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing channels and tools, including digital marketing, content creation, social media strategies, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to use analytics tools to interpret market data and campaign results, providing insights that support strategic decisions.
  • Project Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with various departments and external agencies.

 

Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years of marketing or brand management experience, preferably in iGaming, entertainment, or online media industries.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with other teams, such as acquisition, player experience, social, content, and communities.
  • Experience conducting market research to gather actionable insights.
  • Experience managing budgets, with a demonstrated ability to allocate resources effectively and measure ROI
  • Creative flair to devise engaging marketing strategies & problem-solving.
  • Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across various departments.
  • Comfort with fast-paced and rapidly changing market conditions.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of brand and campaign management.
  • Self-starter who can initiate projects and ideas.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all brand communications and campaigns are consistent and align with the brand's standards and values.
