Job Description:


We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a PPC Manager.


In this role, you will be responsible for employing unconventional and aggressive strategies to enhance digital marketing efforts. Your role will involve using various marketing techniques to drive highly relevant traffic to our clients’ operators and achieve positive ROAS for the business. This position requires a deep understanding of PPC in highly regulated environments, platform restrictions, & how to successfully maintain ads in these markets


Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored PPC strategies, in a highly regulated environment, for each of our core markets & product verticals.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and selection to launch PPC ads in highly regulated markets.
  • Country Analysis: Implementing bespoke strategies for each of our core markets & identifying unique solutions for launching ads in different countries.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify any channels we’re missing from our marketing mix & how we might mirror their successes.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with running marketing activity in regulated markets to avoid or mitigate penalties.
  • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the paid media team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives and ensure integrated campaign execution.


Requirements: 


  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing for highly regulated products, preferably in the online gaming or casino industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of unconventional digital marketing techniques and strategies.
  • A strong understanding of PPC regulations in Online Gambling & how to launch campaigns in restricted markets.
  • Proficiency in PPC platforms (Google Ads & Bing Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in various analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb etc.).
  • Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
