As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner at MrQ, you will be an essential part of our HR team, helping us attract and hire top talent for our expanding business. From reviewing CVs and conducting HR screenings, to collaborating on employer branding and employee experience projects, your role will ensure a positive and efficient experience for every candidate. This position is perfect for someone who’s looking to take the next step in their HR career, with plenty of learning and growth opportunities.


What You Will Do


  • Reviewing CVs and applications: Assist in screening and reviewing a high volume of applications, ensuring we identify and engage with strong candidates quickly and effectively.
  • Handling Candidate communication and filtering: Email candidates to request additional information needed for proper filtering, helping us stay organized and efficient throughout the hiring process.
  • Research support: Conduct research on new job portals, industry trends, and competitive employee benefits to keep the team informed and ahead of the curve.
  • Conduct HR screening interviews: Perform initial HR screening interviews to assess basic skills and culture fit, serving as a key touchpoint to ensure candidates have a positive and connected experience with MrQ.
  • Administrative support: Help with various administrative tasks such as posting jobs on different platforms, tracking recruitment data, and updating job postings on LinkedIn weekly.
  • Support on HR projects: Collaborate with senior HR members on projects such as onboarding, driving employer branding, and other HR-related initiatives as needed.


What We're Looking For


  • 1 year experience in a similar role. SaaS Sales Experience or talent sourcing is very welcome. 
  • Strong English and communication skills: You should be able to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow: We want someone passionate about HR and Talent Acquisition, open to feedback, and committed to their personal and professional development.
  • Humble and approachable personality: Our ideal candidate is kind, humble, and easy to talk to. You should naturally embody MrQ’s values and be able to connect with people easily, making candidates excited to engage with our brand.
