People Ops & Payroll Coordinator

Rhino Entertainment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Ops & Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Bitola. In this role, you will support the People & Culture Team in various administrative tasks and end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring our employees have a positive experience throughout their journey. You will play a key role in managing the Payroll function and maintaining smooth HR operations, managing employee records, and assisting with day-to-day HR function. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative and Payroll Support:

Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing new hires.

Process payroll on a monthly basis.

Maintain and update employee payroll records, manage records of bonuses, overtime, deductions and contributions.

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Macedonia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the Macedonian local labor laws and tax regulations.

Day-to-Day HR Operations:

Support HR with benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits programs.

Coordinate and participate in HR projects, such as meetings, training sessions, and employee surveys.

Support the implementation of HR initiatives that align with the company’s strategic priorities.

Work closely with HR team and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing

Requirements

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

Proven experience in Macedonian payroll processing, with a solid understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations.

Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and Macedonian.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for contributing to a positive employee experience.

Familiarity with HR best practices and current trends in employee engagement is a plus.
