Sportsbook Operations Specialist (Dutch Speaking)

As Sportsbook Operations Specialist, you will have a deep understanding of sports betting. You are familiar with what is popular among the Dutch market and what can motivate a player to place a bet. You are precise, analytically skilled, organized and can plan ahead.

Your first 90 days:

• Familiarize yourself with the tools and back-office systems integral to your daily operations.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of our Sportsbook offerings, making comparisons with competitors and assessing upcoming promotions.
• Introduce yourself to various stakeholders within the company.
• Establish connections with our 3rd party providers.

Responsibilities:

• Update the Sports landing page to maintain competitiveness and alignment with our offerings.
• Stay informed about competitors to ensure the ongoing competitiveness of our product.
• Request 'special' markets for our players, focusing on markets where the odds are boosted.
• Contribute to campaign planning, spanning the entire process from ideation to briefing, coordination, bonus setup, and post-analysis.
• Provide detailed reports on both upcoming and completed promotions.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to offer insights on bonuses and event promotions.
• Work closely with customer services, acting as a second line of support for incoming queries.
• Collaborate closely with the CRM team in managing promotional send-outs.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to facilitate the setup of acquisition promotions.
• Support and assist in maintaining effective communication with 3rd party providers.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in online marketing, Sportsbook, or CRM/retention.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of sports betting.
• Exhibit a thorough knowledge of the most popular sports events in the Dutch market.
• Showcase proficiency in analytical and reporting skills using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess strong organizational abilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Display the ability to identify and implement strategies ("levers") to optimize product performance.
• Embrace a proactive and positive "can-do" mindset
• Have an eye for detail and makes sure project are properly coordinated from A-Z
