We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team in Gzira, Malta.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsible Gaming:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote responsible gaming practices.
- Monitor and analyze player behaviour data to identify potential issues related to problem gambling.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to establish and enforce responsible gaming policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to reactivation sales agents on responsible gaming protocols.
Quality Control:
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for all interactions with customers and operators.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of reactivation sales agents' performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay abreast of gaming regulations and legal requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
- Interpret and communicate regulatory changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
Learning and Development:
- Develop training programs and materials to support the ongoing learning and development of Reactivation Sales Agents.
- Coordinate training sessions on responsible gaming, compliance, and quality control practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Legal Support:
- Provide legal guidance and support to the; Reactivation, B2B Sales, and Tech teams.
- Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in gaming compliance, quality control, and legal affairs within the gaming industry
- In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications or professional affiliations in gaming compliance and quality control are desirable.
