We are looking for a Scandinavian Bilingual -speaking Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Gzira, Malta.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands.
- Reactivating inactive players and providing personalized recommendations that increase their engagement and retention.
- Promoting bonus campaigns and introducing new games, features, and payment methods that enhance the sports betting/gambling experience.
- Guiding players through the website to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Collaborating with your sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets.
What you bring:
- You're a native speaker in one of the Scandinavian languages, speak another language & have a conversational level of English.
- Exposure to the world of online sports betting and gambling, and you’re eager to learn and grow in our dynamic industry.
- You know how to engage in conversations with ease. You're confident, comfortable, and can build great relationships over the phone.
- You have a competitive spirit and an unrelenting drive to achieve success.
