We are always in search of talented and dedicated professionals. We are seeking a Mid-Level Legal Counsel specializing in payment systems for our rapidly growing international online casino. This position will play a key role in reviewing and negotiating a high volume of agreements with payment processors and ensuring our operations align with regulatory requirements across various geographies.
What we expect of you?
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts with payment processors in different countries to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Keep up-to-date with regulations affecting online gambling, and payments across our operational geographies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to coordinate and optimize payment system processes.
- Provide legal advice and support to our operations and business development teams on a variety of payment-related matters.
- Contribute to our compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with current laws and regulations relating to payment systems, and online gambling.
What we are after?
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in online gambling or compliance within a payment processing company.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Strong understanding of regulations related to payment systems and online gambling across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
