We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with experience in FinTech products to join our team.

As the CFO, you will play a key role in overseeing the finance and accounting department's operations, collaborating closely with the VP of Finance and CEO. Your vision will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy, including identifying new banking relationships, ensuring the security of company funds, and exploring investment opportunities.

What we expect from you?

• Oversee finance and accounting department operations, collaborating with the VP of Finance and CEO.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial direction, including banking relationships, fund security, and investment opportunities.
• Offer advice to the VP of Finance and CEO regarding spending, budgeting, and financial decisions.
• Ensure efficient cash flow management to ensure timely payments from payment service providers (PSPs) and minimize delays.
• Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions.
• Propose benchmarks for analyzing financial and operating performance.
• Simplify complex financial models for easy understanding by others.
• Analyze trends to mitigate financial risks related to investments or spending decisions.
• Build strong relationships and oversee the legal function to ensure compliance and risk management.

• Sound knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Experience managing month-end close and financial reporting.
• Proven track record in managing finance and accounting staff.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
