We are opening new internal studios and are looking for a talented Art Lead to join us. You'll be influential in implementing our vision in creating exciting and attractive slot games, as well as guiding, working with, and learning from, a great team who have experience working on some of the most successful titles in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the art of the game project by creating game assets, maintaining style guides and reviewing artwork.
• Work closely with the Art Director & CCO to lead the creation of consistent, high-quality artwork that are in line with our standards.
• Demonstrate a high level of creativity and originality using varied art styles.
• Candidates will be skilled in mentoring team members, evaluating their artistic skills, delegating tasks and setting expectations to develop their talent over the long term.
• Review work and help resolve game design related issues through problem solving.
• Communicate clearly with other departments, such as producers, animators and developers to understand expectations and achieve the best results possible.

Must-have:

• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating a high level of artistic ability and game design
• An excellent understanding of art and design fundamentals such as form, lighting, colour theory, composition and perspective.
• Excellent graphical design skills using digital methods.
• Held a senior role for the full development lifecycle of at least 3 live games/products.

Nice-to-have:

• ?Knowledge of 3D Art tools
• Experience in UI design
• Experience in Animation
• Knowledge of slot games.
