What we expect?
As a Country Manager in the iGaming industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and activities within a specific country or region. You will be tasked with developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and ensure compliance with local regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of the iGaming industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
What we are after?
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a track record of success in a similar managerial or leadership role.
- Nice to have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Cyprus, Turkey and Greece's local iGaming regulations, market dynamics and consumer trends.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- English from Upper-Intermediate (B2), nice to have Fluency in the local language.
