Responsibilities: 

• As a Head of Design you are responsible for the visual brand identity for all of our current and future casino brands and products. This means that you take the creative lead in designing the UX/UI of our existing and soon to be built websites.
• In this role, you will be responsible for not only creating aesthetically pleasing designs & UI/UX but also for building and leading a talented design team. As the Head of Design you have to work together with the design team and also external design agencies to create beautiful and functional iGaming product designs as requested from the rest of
• the company.   

Requirements: 

• Strategic Design Leadership: Develop and execute a cohesive design strategy that aligns with the company's different brands
• Team Building: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing design team, including UX/UI professionals and potentially illustrators, fostering a collaborative and
• creative work environment.
• Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across various digital platforms.
• Collaboration with External Partners: Build and maintain relationships with external design agencies and freelancers as needed.
• Creation of iGaming Brand Designs: Providing wireframes, UX/UI designs etc for new and existing iGaming digital brands
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless integration of design into our overall business.
• Project Management: Effectively manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained

Essential Requirements

• Proven Experience: Experience in a design leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful brand development and website design projects.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS etc and a solid understanding of web design principles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both internal and external partners.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically about design and its impact on the overall business, with a track record of translating business objectives into compelling visual experiences
