You will be responsible for our B2B sales strategy, selling our unique services and will fulfil all-encompassing roles within that vertical, from setting department KPIs and acquiring new clients to supporting and training a team of Sales Executives.


You will leverage your track record of success in sales alongside excellent communication skills to engage clients and motivate the team to deliver success and drive revenue generation whilst having the curiosity to learn about our products and services.


What you'll be doing:


-Develop and drive sales targets for the team, driving growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements and taking full responsibility for the sales performance of the team;

-Implement sales strategies that further the department’s growth and drive revenue generation for the business;

-Create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work to set KPIs for the business;

-Utilise analytic tools and work with the analytic team in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance;

-Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies to establish actionable insights for the improvement of sales and business profits;

-Monitor, forecast and identify new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market;

-Introduce new products and categories to the market by leading the sales team in product launches;

-Manage the departmental calendar concerning priorities inclusive of launches, promotions, exhibitions and campaign activities to maximize sales opportunities;

-The ability to take ownership and provide guidance on key strategic deals and drive them to fruition.


What you'll bring:


-A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in a Senior Sales or Sales Manager position;

-Experience leading, driving, developing and supporting a B2B Sales Team;

-Solid iGaming experience and an existing industry network are preferred but optional;

-Proven successful Sales track record in establishing strong and long-term client relationships, being able to retain the highest-value relationships;

-The ability to drive and manage the entire sales cycle advancing through the stages until closure.
