As our business continues to grow, we are now looking for a IT Support Specialist to coordinate the smooth operation of our internal IT tool, processes and equipment.


The role will require technical abilities, as well as excellent communication skills to be able to provide the highest level of internal user satisfaction. The IT Support Specialist must be a motivated team player that can see projects to completion and work independently.


Responsibilities:


  • Support with all types of internal IT queries, from colleagues based in Malta and abroad
  • Maintain a good standard of providing information internally with regards to ongoing issues
  • Maintain and suggest improvements to the IT setup
  • Source, acquire and manage the distribution of work equipment to colleagues in Malta and abroad
  • Maintains a consistent and positive experience when interacting with colleagues
  • Manage accesses for production and non production systems
  • Participate in office management, especially on technology related topics
  • Participate in physical security initiatives for the office


Requirements


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous client-facing technical support experience with great technical proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to be in contact with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Structured approach to work
  • Great organisational and prioritization skills
  • Autonomous and self-motivated
  • High learning drive
  • Humble and driven by helping others
  • Common sense and sensitivity
