As a Business Analyst, your role involves dual reporting to both Central and Brazilian local operations. You will be pivotal in advocating for our clients, understanding their requirements, and crafting solutions that balance the needs of external and internal stakeholders, aiming for client satisfaction and success. Essential for this position is experience in Business Analysis within the iGaming industry, specifically in the Brazilian and/or LatAm markets.


In this role, you will need to:


  • Acting as the main point of communication for the clients: translating the needs ad sharing in the correct forums to our internal teams (such as Tech, Product and Operational management teams) 
  • Following up on the issues: with the relevant teams for the necessary support and prioritization as needed and sharing such status updates to the Clients ensuring visibility and clarity.
  • Improve client relationships and experience: by providing the necessary information and support and managing expectations as necessary. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build meaningful and trustworthy relationships and prioritize the focus on quality and consistency in order to build engagement within internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ticket issuing: Support the Delivery and Project management teams by clearly writing and following up on JIra tickets including the relevant information required for efficient resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Continually analyze the processes, procedures and dynamics present and outline and implement initiatives to any gaps and inefficiencies
  • Commercial Objectives and Branding Support: By supporting the client experience and delivery and resolution of issues, you will be supporting our commercial branding as well as objectives.


What are the key experience and personal attribute requirements?


  • Native proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese. Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the iGaming or a related industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis roles, with a focus on collaboration with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills and experience.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite.
  • Proficient in using Zoho or equivalent CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
