What we expect of you?
- Monitoring and analysis of the GEO market, drawing up a map of competitors
- Work closely with the monetization manager and the production team to develop events and promotions strategy inside the games
- ?lose cooperation with other departments which directly affect the product (Payment, Support, VIP support, affiliate, game providers, CRM, etc.)
- Analyze and develop a comprehensive and in-depth planning for in-game promotions
- Coordinate the various in-game communication tools (assets creation, push notifications, ...)
- Monitor the performance of the events and their impact on the retention and revenue of the players
- Analyze competitors and perform benchmarking
- Fulfillment of assigned KPIs
- Market opportunities research
- Implement an effective brand strategy
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Preparation of reports
What we are after:
- At least 2 years of experience in the gaming industry
- Proficient with Excel or equivalent statistical tools
- Excellent communication skills and highly organized person
- Systems thinking
- Analytical mindset and the ability to draw logical conclusions
